What's your typical turnaround time?
For social clips and standard edits, they are usually delivered within 1-3 business days. Longer projects may take 1-2 weeks. Rush delivery is available for an extra fee.
How many revisions are included?
All projects offer 1-2 revisions. But we want you to be happy with the final product, so we're flexible... within reason! Additional revisions can be added if needed.
Can you add subtitles, animations and transitions?
Yes we offer professional captions, animated text, transitions and basic motion graphics depending on your needs. Let us know what you're looking for during our initial meeting.
What video formats will I receive?
Final videos are typically in MP4 (H.264) which is suitable for social media and websites. However, we can export to other formats if you have specific platform requirements.
Can you edit vertical videos for mobile platforms?
Absolutely! We specialise in short-form content and can help repurpose your long-form footage into shorter and sweeter clips, tailored for each platform.
Do you offer bulk editing or monthly packages?

Do you offer script writing or help with planning?
While our focus is in editing, we offer creative direction and script assistance. If you need full production or storyboarding, we can discuss that too.
